We do not recommend our establishment for families with toddlers and children under 14 years old as the swimming pool has no surveillance system. We therefore decline any responsibility in case of accident.

Booking policy (direct throught this website)

The below policy applies for direct bookings through our online booking application at this page or through email.

The down payment for all new booking reservations has been reduced to 20% of the total price. The guest has to transfer the down payment to our bank account.

The Remaining amount (80%) has to be transferred by the bank the latest 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made up to 30 days before arrival the full amount needs to be transferred by bank within 7 days after the day you've made the booking.

Cancellation policy

The policy below applies for direct bookings made after 8/04/2020 through our online booking application at this page or through email.

The guest can change dates FREE of CHARGE up to 14 days before arrival

The guest can cancel FREE of CHARGE up to 21 days before arrival

If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In case of no show or departure before the agreed date of departure, 100% of the total booking amount is charged.

The reservation is valid until 19:00 on the day of arrival unless the customer has given other information.

Refunds minus bank transfer costs within 30 days.

Corona cancellation policy for all bookings made

In case Authorities have issued travel restrictions 21 days before the arrival date for reaching Aegina island or the client cannot depart from a risk zone due to lockdowns, closing of borders or flight cancellations, then we are offering the following two alternatives to all clients for existing and future bookings:

Clients can change/postpone their vacation date as long as their vacation date remains in the season, without the extra charge and by only paying the difference in the accommodation fees if any and subject to availability.

OR

Clients can cancel their vacation; we will then issue a credit note to the client to be used for any vacation in the next season, subject to availability.

We DO NOT offer refunds.
